We work primarily with businesses — manufacturers, oil and gas, aviation, telecoms, agriculture, and government agencies — as well as corporate relocation clients.
Where do you ship to and from?
From Nigeria to the world, and from the world to Nigeria. Through our agency partners including DHL and UPS, plus airline networks, we handle pickups and deliveries in major trade lanes globally.
Does my shipment need customs clearance?
Yes. Every international shipment must clear export customs at origin and import customs in Nigeria. Depending on your Incoterms, you or your overseas partner pays duties. We manage both sides.
Are there restricted items?
Yes. Some goods need government licenses (NAFDAC, SONCAP, etc.), and others are controlled by conventions like CITES for endangered species. Always confirm import regulations before shipping.
How do I track my shipment?
Unlike mega-carriers with apps, ENL provides instant email alerts with real-time status — pickup, departure, customs, and delivery. You also get a direct contact (not a call centre). (FedEx model: real-time tracking)
Do you offer warehousing?
Yes. Secure storage, stuffing/stripping, CFS, and bonded warehousing at our Lagos facility. We also offer same-day local dispatch for urgent orders and 24/7 inventory access on request — adapted from FedEx’s “pickup within 30 minutes” model for critical inventory.
